At EngineerMyHealth, we strive to offer high-quality, evidence-based support through our monthly subscription services. This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding refunds and cancellations for our Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans.
1. Bronze Plan (Free Tier)
The Bronze plan is entirely free. No cancellation or refund is required.
2. Silver and Gold Plans (Monthly Subscriptions)
Subscriptions to the Silver and Gold tiers are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancellations
You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
You will not be billed again after the cancellation date
Refunds
No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time once a billing cycle has begun.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase if:
You have not accessed any premium content or services (e.g., online courses, coaching sessions, web apps).
You clearly notify us in writing via the contact us form.
If you have accessed premium content, refunds are at our discretion and assessed case by case.
3. Coaching Sessions (Gold Plan Only)
The Gold plan includes 1:1 coaching calls and personalised plans.
Missed coaching sessions without at least 24 hours’ notice will not be rescheduled or refunded, except in extenuating circumstances.
If you cancel your Gold plan, you will retain access to sessions and materials until the end of the current billing period.
4. How to Cancel
To cancel:
Log in to your account and go to the Billing or Subscriptions section
Or contact us with your name and email address used for purchase
We aim to respond to all cancellation and refund requests within 3 working days.
5. Fair Use and Good Faith
As a small business committed to your wellbeing, we will always aim to act with fairness and transparency. If something isn’t right, contact us – we’re happy to help.
